I guess things have changed since January. I deleted my account with the “delete account” button. You can’t do that if you have any diamonds in your wallet though. I was able to reactivate my account a couple of weeks later. Then they froze my wallet, saying that my account is “abnormal,” but still allowed me to purchase diamonds. It’s been over a week since I put in my appeal regarding the frozen wallet and haven’t heard back. Now I’m unable to delete this account because I can’t get rid of the diamonds I have.
PS. All my attempts to get any answers were met with “please be patient.” Seems a bit fishy that they will accept your money in a wallet you can’t use.
