Both stations are approximately 50 minutes from Zurich and are within walking distance of the falls, though they are located on opposite sides of the river.

Upon arrival in Schaffhausen, you will need to transfer to local Swiss PostAuto buses. From here, bus lines 1, 6, and 12 can take you to the Neuhausen area where the falls are located. This short journey only takes about seven minutes and leaves you within a five-minute walk from the falls.
If you prefer a direct route to the falls, bus number 10 from Schaffhausen train station is ideal.
